Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media remotely and on your own schedule. You will roleplay live conversations with AI voice models and score each exchange for realism and usefulness.

You will compare AI-generated images and videos to prompts, inspect for faults, and provide written explanations in English describing what you saw and why it matters.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with strong written communication.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to describe findings clearly.
• Experience writing concise, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Comfortable working remotely with a flexible schedule.
• Bachelor's degree or higher preferred.

Responsibilities

• Hold live conversations with AI voice models and rank naturalness and usefulness.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos and judge adherence to prompts.
• Inspect outputs closely to spot distortions, glitches, or misalignment.
• Write English explanations detailing what was observed and why.
