Job summary

Outlier seeks detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media from the comfort of a remote setup. You will score live conversations with AI voice models, compare image/video outputs, and write specific explanations in writing about what looked or sounded off.

Qualifications

Fluent English with clear written communication.
Strong attention to detail; ability to replay/zoom in when something seems off.
Pursuing or holding a Bachelor's degree or above.
Comfortable thinking on your feet and discussing realistic scenarios in a natural way.
Experience writing concise, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
Able to make clear decisions when both options have flaws.

Responsibilities

Holding live, scenario-based English conversations with AI voice models and ranking naturalness, usefulness, and clarity.
Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging which follows prompts better.
Inspecting outputs closely (zoom/replay) to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering, text errors, or mismatched audio.
Rating outputs across dimensions like adherence, quality, and realism, then writing explanations in English.
