Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media and rate live conversations with AI voice models. You will compare images and videos, explain what’s off, and work remotely on your own schedule.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication and natural conversational speech.
• Strong attention to detail and the patience to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Bachelor's degree or above preferred.
• Ability to think on your feet and explain reasoning clearly in English.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Able to make a clear decision when both options have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models, then ranking how natural, useful, and clear each one sounded.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging which follows the prompt.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering or unnatural motion, text errors, and audio-video mismatch.
• Rating outputs across dimensions and writing English explanations that point to what you saw or heard.
