Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to evaluate AI-generated media from home on your own schedule. You will roleplay live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video pairs, score how well prompts are followed, and write precise explanations in English describing what looked or sounded off.

Responsibilities include reviewing images/videos, assessing quality and realism, and contributing to feedback loops that shape AI research.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with strong, clear written communication and comfortable with natural, everyday conversational speech.
• Strong attention to detail, with the patience to look and listen closely, and to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Nice to have: Pursuing or holding a Bachelor's degree or above.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet and talking through realistic situations in a natural, conversational way.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Comfortable making a clear decision when both options have flaws.

Responsabilités

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models and ranking how natural, useful, and clear each one sounded.
• Comparing pairs of AI-generated images and videos and judging which follows the prompt better.
• Inspecting outputs closely (zooming in, replaying) to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering, or misaligned audio.
• Rating outputs across dimensions like adherence, quality, and realism, and writing a specific English explanation of what was observed.
