Job summary

Outlier is hiring detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media from home on a flexible schedule. You will conduct live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video pairs, and explain what’s off, scoring based on adherence, quality, and realism.

You’ll rate outputs and write concise explanations in English, with compensation per hour and additional incentives. This is a remote, freelance opportunity supported by Outlier’s platform.

Qualifications

• Excellent written communication in English.
• Strong attention to detail and careful review of media.
• Ability to think critically and explain findings clearly.
• Comfortable working remotely with flexible hours.
• Experience writing concise, evidence-based explanations.

Responsibilities

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models and ranking how natural each sounded.
• Comparing pairs of AI-generated images and videos and judging which followed the prompt better.
• Inspecting outputs closely (zooming in, replaying) to spot problems like distorted anatomy or mismatched audio.
• Rating outputs across dimensions and writing a concise English explanation of findings.
