Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will roleplay live conversations with an AI voice model, rank outputs, and explain in writing what looked or sounded off, all remotely and on your own schedule.

As part of Outlier’s evaluation loop, your assessments help improve AI systems used in real-world applications. This is a remote, flexible opportunity with earnings up to $18 per hour plus incentives.

Qualifications

• Fluent-English speaker with strong written communication and comfort with natural, everyday conversational speech.
• High attention to detail and patience to replay or zoom in on content.
• Experience writing concise, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Comfortable making clear decisions when options have flaws.

Responsabilités

• Hold live, scenario-based conversations with AI voice models and rate naturalness, usefulness, and clarity.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos to determine which follows the prompt better.
• Inspect outputs closely to spot issues like distorted anatomy, flickering, or misaligned audio and visuals.
• Write detailed explanations in English that point to what you saw or heard.
