Outlier is hiring detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will roleplay live conversations with an AI voice model, compare AI-generated images and videos, and explain what looked or sounded off in writing, remotely and on a flexible schedule.

As part of Outlier’s evaluation loop, your feedback helps shape how advanced AI systems reason and learn for real-world performance. Remote work with up to $18/hr earnings, plus incentives.

Formación

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and patience to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Pursuing or holding a Bachelor's degree or above.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet and describing realistic situations in natural speech.
• Experience writing concise explanations or reviews.
• Ability to decide clearly when both options have flaws.

Responsabilidades

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models, then ranking how natural, useful, and clear each one sounded.
• Comparing pairs of AI-generated images and videos and judging which follows the prompt better.
• Inspecting outputs closely, including zooming in and replaying, to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering, or audio-video mismatch.
• Rating outputs across dimensions like adherence, quality, and realism, then writing a specific explanation in English.
