Job summary

Outlier seeks detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will hold live conversations with an AI voice model, compare images and videos, and explain what’s off, remotely and on your own schedule.

Qualifications

Fluent English with clear written communication.
Strong attention to detail and patience to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
Nice to have: pursuing or holding a Bachelor's degree or above.
Able to think on your feet and explain realistic situations in natural conversation.
Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.

Responsibilities

Hold live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models and rate how natural, useful, and clear each exchange sounds.
Compare AI-generated images and videos, judging which better follows the prompt.
Inspect outputs closely (zoom/replay) to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering, or misaligned audio.
Write a specific explanation in English pointing to what you saw or heard, rating across dimensions like adherence, quality, and realism.
