Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media through live conversations with AI voice models, compare media, and explain what’s off. This remote role offers flexible hours and weekly payments.

You’ll rate outputs, write concise explanations in English, and help improve AI systems. Applicants from the US are welcome, with the option to work from home or while traveling.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with strong written communication.
• Excellent attention to detail and patience to replay or zoom in on issues.
• Experience writing concise, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Comfortable making clear decisions when both options have flaws.
• Nice to have a Bachelor's degree or above.

Responsibilities

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models and ranking naturalness and clarity.
• Comparing pairs of AI-generated images and videos and judging which follows the prompt better.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering, or mismatched audio.
• Rating outputs across dimensions and writing a precise explanation in English that points to what you saw or heard.
