Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will hold live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video outputs, and explain what’s off, all remotely and on a flexible schedule.

Work from home or while traveling. Rates vary by expertise and project requirements, with weekly payments via ACH, PayPal and AirTM. Ideal candidates have fluent English, strong written communication, and the ability to articulate precise explanations.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with strong written communication and comfort with everyday conversational speech.
• Excellent attention to detail and patience to replay or zoom in to catch issues.
• Bachelor’s degree or above is a nice-to-have.

Responsibilities

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models and ranking naturalness and clarity.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos to determine which follows the prompt more closely.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot issues like distorted anatomy, flickering, or mismatch between audio and video; writing specific explanations in English.
