Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media remotely. You will hold live conversations with AI voice models, compare outputs, and explain what’s off, all on your own schedule. Rates vary by expertise; paid weekly via ACH, PayPal, and other methods.

You can work from home or while traveling, with flexible hours. Ideal candidates have strong written English, keen attention to detail, and can produce concise, evidence-based explanations.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in to spot issues.
• Bachelor's degree or above preferred.
• Comfortable describing AI behavior in writing.
• Experience writing concise explanations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models, then ranking how natural, useful, and clear each one sounded.
• Comparing AI-generated image and video pairs and judging which better follows the prompt.
• Inspecting outputs closely, including zooming in and replaying, to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering, or audio-video misalignment.
• Rating each output across dimensions like adherence, quality, and realism, then writing a specific English explanation.
