Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media from home with flexible hours. You will conduct live conversations with AI voice models, score outputs for naturalness and adherence, and explain issues in writing.

The role emphasizes strong writing, careful observation, and independent scheduling. Contributors can work remotely across multiple countries and earn up to $18 per hour, with additional incentives through missions.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with strong, clear written communication.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in to spot issues.
• Nice to have: pursuing or holding a Bachelor’s degree or above.
• Able to think on your feet and discuss realistic scenarios clearly.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Able to make a clear decision when both options have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Hold live conversations with AI voice models and rank naturalness, usefulness, and clarity.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos and judge which follows prompts better.
• Inspect outputs closely (zoom, replay) to spot problems such as artifacts, flicker, or misaligned audio.
• Write specific English explanations pointing to what was seen or heard.
