Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. Hold live conversations with AI voice models, rank outputs, and explain in writing what looked or sounded off, all remotely and on your own schedule.

At Outlier, your work helps shape how advanced AI systems reason and learn. You’ll score exchanges, judge which prompt-following outputs are better, and write concise explanations.

Formación

• Fluent English with strong written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to replay/zoom in when something seems off.
• Nice to have: pursuing or holding a Bachelor's degree or above.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet and discussing realistic situations naturally.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.

Responsabilidades

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models, then ranking naturalness and usefulness.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging which better follows the prompt.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering, text errors, or audio-video mismatches.
• Rating outputs across dimensions and writing a concise explanation in English.
