Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media on a fully remote, flexible schedule. You will conduct live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video outputs, and explain what’s off, remotely and on your own schedule.

You’ll assess adherence, quality, and realism, and provide written explanations to help improve AI systems. This is a 1099 freelance opportunity with weekly payments and incentives.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with strong written communication.
• Excellent attention to detail and careful review.
• Experience writing concise explanations or reviews.
• Ability to decide clearly when both options have flaws.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet in realistic scenarios.
• Nice to have: Bachelor's degree or above.

Responsibilities

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models.
• Ranking how natural, useful, and clear each interaction sounded.
• Comparing AI-generated images/videos and judging adherence to prompts.
• Writing specific explanations in English describing observed issues.
