Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. Work remotely on flexible hours by rating live conversations with AI voice models, comparing image and video pairs, and explaining what’s off in writing.

You'll assess outputs for naturalness, adherence to prompts, and quality, writing concise explanations in English. Payment is per hour with weekly payouts, and you gain free access to leading LLMs while helping shape AI systems used in research and real-world

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in when something off.
• Bachelor's degree or above preferred.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet in realistic situations.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Ability to make a clear decision when both options have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models, then ranking how natural, useful, and clear each sounded.
• Comparing pairs of AI-generated images and videos and judging which one better follows the prompt.
• Inspecting outputs closely, including zooming in and replaying, to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering or unnatural motion, text errors, and audio that doesn’t match the video.
• Rating each output across dimensions like adherence, quality, and realism, then writing a specific explanation in English that points to what you saw or heard.
