Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media and participate in live conversations with AI voice models. You will rate naturalness and usefulness, compare images and videos to prompts, and explain what looked off in writing, remotely and on your own schedule.

Contributors help shape AI systems by identifying issues such as distorted visuals, misaligned audio, and unfaithful prompts. This flexible, remote role pays hourly and offers free access to leading LLMs.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication and comfortable with natural, everyday conversational speech.
• Strong attention to detail, with patience to look and listen closely.
• Nice to have: pursuing or holding a Bachelor's degree or above.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet and discussing realistic situations clearly.

Responsibilities

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models and ranking naturalness and usefulness.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos, judging which follows the prompt better.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering, or misaligned audio.
• Rating outputs across dimensions and writing a concise explanation in English detailing what was observed.
