Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media on a fully remote basis. You will roleplay live conversations with AI voice models, score exchanges, compare image/video pairs, and explain what looked or sounded off in writing, all on your own schedule from home or while traveling.

The role involves evaluating outputs for fidelity to prompts, providing written rationale, and helping shape how advanced AI systems reason and improve through Outlier’s evaluation

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Pursuing or holding a Bachelor's degree or above.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet and describing decisions clearly when both options have flaws.

Responsabilités

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models and ranking naturalness, usefulness, and clarity.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging which better follows prompts.
• Inspecting outputs closely (zooming in, replaying) to spot issues like distortions, flickering, misalignment, or text/audio mismatches.
• Writing a concise, evidence-based English explanation of findings for each task.
