Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will roleplay live conversations with an AI voice model and score each exchange, comparing generated images and videos to determine which follows the prompt more accurately, then explain in writing what looked or sounded off, all remotely and on your own schedule.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with strong written communication and natural conversational style.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in to spot issues.
• Experience writing concise, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Ability to decide clearly when multiple options have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Hold live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models and rate naturalness and clarity.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos, judging adherence to prompts.
• Inspect outputs closely to spot distortions, flicker, text errors, or audio-video mismatches.
• Write specific English explanations pointing to what was observed.
