Outlier is hiring detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will roleplay live conversations with an AI voice model, rate naturalness, and explain what’s off, all remotely and on your own schedule.

You will compare AI-generated images and videos to prompts, provide written reasoning, and help improve AI systems. Access to leading LLMs is part of the role, with flexible hours and weekly payments.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with strong written communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to spot inconsistencies.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Comfortable making clear decisions when both options have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Hold live conversations with AI voice models and rank naturalness and usefulness.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos and judge which follows prompts better.
• Inspect outputs closely to spot issues like distorted anatomy, flickering, or misaligned audio.
• Write a concise, English explanation detailing what was observed and why.
