Outlier in the United States is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media and rate live conversations with AI voice models. You will compare image and video pairs, explain what’s off, and work remotely on your own schedule.

The role helps shape how advanced AI systems reason and improve through an evaluation and feedback loop. Earn up to $18 USD/hr with no minimum hours and access to leading LLMs.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Bachelor's degree or above is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models and ranking how natural, useful and clear each one sounded.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging which one better follows the prompt.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot issues like distorted anatomy, flickering or unnatural motion, text errors, and audio-video misalignment.
• Rating outputs on dimensions like adherence, quality and realism, then writing a specific English explanation pointing to what you saw or heard.
