Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media, conducting live conversations with AI voice models and scoring exchanges for realism and adherence.

You will compare AI-generated images and videos, explain in writing what looked off, and work remotely on your own schedule. This 1099 contract opportunity offers flexible hours and weekly payments, with access to leading LLMs.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail; able to replay or zoom in for accuracy.
• Pursuing or holding a Bachelor's degree or above.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet and discussing realistic situations.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Able to decide clearly when both options have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models and ranking naturalness, usefulness and clarity.
• Comparing pairs of AI-generated images and videos and judging which follows the prompt better.
• Inspecting outputs closely, including zooming in and replaying, to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering or unnatural motion, text errors, and audio mismatch.
• Rating each output across dimensions like adherence, quality, and realism, and writing a specific English explanation referencing observations.
