Outlier is seeking detail-oriented contributors to review AI-generated media. You will engage in live conversations with AI voice models, compare AI-generated media pairs, and provide written explanations of what looked or sounded off, all from home and on your own schedule.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with strong written communication.
• High attention to detail and careful review of AI outputs.
• Experience writing concise, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Comfortable discussing realistic scenarios and making clear decisions when options have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Hold live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models.
• Rank AI-generated images and videos by how well they follow prompts.
• Inspect outputs closely to spot distortions, flickers, or misaligned audio/video.
• Write clear English explanations tying observed issues to prompts and outcomes.
