Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media, holding live conversations with AI voice models and evaluating image/video pairs. You will explain what looked off and how outputs align with prompts, all remotely and on your own schedule.

As a freelance contract, you can work from home or while travelling with flexible hours. Payments are weekly via ACH, PayPal, and AirTM, with free access to leading LLMs and ongoing opportunities to influence AI development.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and patience to replay or zoom in.
• Pursuing or holding a Bachelor's degree or above.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet and explaining realistic scenarios.

Responsibilities

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models, then ranking how natural and clear each sounded.
• Comparing pairs of AI-generated images and videos and judging which followed the prompt more closely.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot issues like distorted anatomy, flickering, abnormal motion, text errors, and audio-video mismatches.
• Rating outputs across dimensions such as adherence, quality, and realism, and writing a concise English explanation.
