Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media remotely on a flexible schedule. You will roleplay live conversations with AI voice models, score exchanges, and explain what looked or sounded wrong in writing.

This freelance opportunity helps shape AI systems by providing evaluation feedback from diverse participants. Contributors work remotely with weekly payments and incentives, including access to leading LLMs.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with strong written communication.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.

Responsibilities

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models and ranking how natural and clear each one sounded.
• Comparing pairs of AI-generated images and videos and judging which better follows the prompt.
• Inspecting outputs closely (zooming in, replaying) to spot issues like distorted anatomy, flickering or unnatural motion, text errors, and audio that doesn’t match the video.
• Rating outputs across dimensions (adherence, quality, realism) and writing a clear English explanation of what was observed.
