Outlier is hiring remote evaluators to review AI-generated media. You will engage in live conversations with AI voice models, compare image/video outputs, and document where prompts diverge or fail. This flexible, project-based role lets you work from home on your schedule.

Ideal candidates are fluent in English, detail-oriented, and able to articulate observations in writing. Applicants worldwide are welcome; compensation is hourly and project-based, with paid weekly settlements.

Qualifications

• Fluent English required with strong written communication.
• Detail-oriented with patience to replay or zoom in to spot issues.
• Experience in writing concise explanations or reviews is a plus.
• Comfortable making decisions when options have flaws.
• Applicants from multiple countries are welcome (Global).

Responsabilités

• Hold live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models.
• Rank how natural, useful, and clear each response sounds.
• Compare two AI-generated images or videos and judge which follows prompts better.
• Inspect outputs closely for issues like distorted anatomy, flickering, or misaligned audio.
• Write specific explanations in English detailing observed issues.
