Job summary

Outlier is hiring detail-oriented reviewers to assess AI-generated media. You will engage in live conversations with AI voice models, compare AI-generated images and videos, and explain in writing what looked off, all remotely and on your own schedule.

You will help shape AI systems by providing precise evaluations and written explanations, contributing to improvements in real-world AI performance. Remote, flexible hours with 1099 contract terms.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Excellent attention to detail and careful reviewer.
• Bachelor's degree or higher is preferred.
• Able to think on your feet and explain realistic scenarios clearly.
• Experience writing concise, evidence-based explanations or reviews.

Responsibilities

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models and rating the dialogue.
• Comparing pairs of AI-generated images and videos and judging which follows the prompt better.
• Inspecting outputs closely—zooming in and replaying—to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering motion, or audio-video mismatch.
• Rating outputs across dimensions like adherence, quality, and realism, then writing a clear English explanation.
