Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will roleplay live conversations with an AI voice model, rate outputs for naturalness and adherence, and explain in writing what looked or sounded off, all remotely and on your own schedule.

Through Outlier's evaluation loop, your feedback helps turn frontier research into AI that performs better in the real world, with flexible hours and remote work.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Nice to have: pursuing or holding a Bachelor's degree or above.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet and discussing realistic situations clearly.

Responsibilities

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models.
• Ranking how natural, useful, and clear each response sounds.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging which follows the prompt better.
• Writing a concise explanation in English that points to what was seen or heard.
