Outlier is seeking detail‑oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media and score live exchanges with AI voice models. You will compare images and videos to assess prompt fidelity and explain discrepancies in writing, all remotely and on a flexible schedule.

Ideal candidates have strong attention to detail, clear written communication, and the ability to explain complex judgments succinctly in English.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with strong written communication.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Bachelor's degree or higher is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Hold live, scenario-based conversations with AI voice models and rank how natural and clear each response sounds.
• Compare pairs of AI-generated images and videos and judge which follows the prompt better.
• Inspect outputs closely to spot issues like distorted anatomy, flickering, or mismatched audio and video.
• Write a concise, evidence-based explanation in English detailing what was off.
