Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media on a fully remote, flexible schedule. You will roleplay live conversations with AI voice models, evaluate image and video outputs, and explain what looked off with precise notes.

Qualifications

Fluent English with strong, clear written communication.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
Comfortable thinking on your feet and explaining decisions in natural conversations.
Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.

Responsibilities

Hold live, scenario-based conversations with AI voice models and rate how natural and clear they sound.
Compare pairs of AI-generated images and videos and judge which follows prompts better.
Inspect outputs closely to spot issues like distorted anatomy, flickering, or misaligned audio.
Write explanations in English pointing to what was observed and why a choice was made.
