Job summary

Outlier seeks detail-oriented English speakers to evaluate AI-generated media by holding live conversations with AI voice models, comparing image and video pairs, and explaining what’s off, remotely and on your own schedule.

Earns up to $15 USD/hr with flexible hours and weekly payments. You’ll access leading LLMs and contribute to a feedback loop that helps shape AI that performs better in the real world.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication and comfortable with natural conversation.
• Strong attention to detail and patience to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Comfortable making a clear decision when both options have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models and ranking how natural they sound.
• Comparing pairs of AI-generated images and videos and judging which follows the prompt better.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering, or audio-video misalignment.
• Rating each output across dimensions like adherence, quality, and realism, then writing explanations in English.
