Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will host live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video pairs, and explain what’s off, all remotely and on your own schedule.

This is a freelance 1099 role with flexible hours, weekly payments, and access to leading LLMs. Earn up to $15 per hour plus additional incentives while helping improve AI systems for real-world use.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and patience to review closely.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Comfortable deciding between imperfect options.

Responsibilities

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations with AI voice models, then ranking naturalness and usefulness.
• Comparing AI-generated image and video pairs and judging adherence to prompts.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot distortion, flicker, or mismatches and explain findings.
• Rating outputs across dimensions and providing written explanations in English.
