Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You’ll hold live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video pairs, and explain what’s off, all remotely and on your own schedule.

Earn up to $18 USD per hour, with weekly payments and access to leading LLMs; work from home or while traveling. Ideal candidates have strong attention to detail, comfort with natural conversational speech, and a track record of clear written explanations.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with strong written communication and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in everyday conversation.
• Ability to write concise, evidence-based reviews in English.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet and explaining decisions clearly.

Responsibilities

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models and rating naturalness and usefulness.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging which follows the prompt more closely.
• Inspecting outputs closely for issues like distorted anatomy, flickering, or audio-video misalignment.
• Writing clear explanations in English that point to what you saw or heard.
