Outlier is hiring independent reviewers to spot what AI-generated media gets wrong. You’ll hold live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video pairs, and write explanations in English about what’s off. All tasks are remote and flexible, letting you schedule around your life.

Work is paid per hour up to $15, with weekly payments and additional incentives for high-quality work. You’ll help improve AI systems by providing precise, evidence-based feedback across multiple media

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Bachelor's degree or higher preferred.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet and discussing realistic situations in a natural, conversational way.
• Experience writing concise, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Able to make clear decisions when both options have flaws.

Responsabilités

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models, then ranking how natural, useful, and clear each one sounded.
• Comparing pairs of AI-generated images and videos and judging which follows the prompt better.
• Inspecting outputs closely, including zooming in and replaying, to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering or unusual motion, text errors, and misaligned audio.
• Rating each output across dimensions like adherence, quality, and realism, then writing a specific English explanation pointing to what you saw or heard.
• Image evaluations: compare two AI-generated images for the same prompt and pick the better one based on instruction adherence and quality.
• Video evaluations: rank AI-generated videos against a text prompt or edited videos against their source.
