Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented reviewers to evaluate AI-generated media from home on a flexible schedule. You will engage in live conversations with AI voice models, score outputs, and explain what’s off in writing to help improve models.

The role involves ranking image and video pairs for prompt adherence and quality, inspecting outputs meticulously, and providing concise assessments in English. Remote, with compensation based on project requirements.

Qualifications

• English fluency and clear written communication are required.
• Strong attention to detail and careful listening.
• Experience writing concise explanations or reviews is a plus.
• Ability to decide when both options have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models, then ranking how natural, useful, and clear each sounded.
• Comparing pairs of AI-generated images and videos and judging which follows the prompt better.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering or unnatural motion, text errors, and audio-video mismatches.
• Rating each output across dimensions like adherence, quality, and realism, then writing explanations in English.
