Outlier is offering fully remote, flexible-hours opportunities where you will evaluate AI-generated media by conducting live conversations with AI voice models, comparing image/video outputs, and explaining what is off. Ideal candidates are fluent in English, detail-oriented, and able to produce concise explanations.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to analyze and write explanations.
• Bachelor's degree or above preferred.

Responsibilities

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models and ranking naturalness.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging prompt adherence.
• Inspecting outputs in detail to spot distortions, flickers, or misaligned audio.
• Writing an English explanation that points to what was observed.
