Outlier is recruiting detail-oriented evaluators to review AI-generated media from home on a flexible schedule. You will engage in live conversations with AI voice models, compare outputs, and write concise explanations in English.

No fixed hours, with remote work and weekly payments, and access to top LLMs. Ideal candidates combine strong written English, sharp eye for errors, and the ability to decide between imperfect options.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with strong written communication and comfortable with natural conversational Speech.
• Strong attention to detail, patience to replay or zoom in to spot issues.
• Nice to have: Pursuing or holding a Bachelor's degree or above.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet and discussing realistic situations in a natural, conversational way.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Able to make clear decisions when both options have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models and ranking naturalness, usefulness, and clarity.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos, judging adherence to the prompt.
• Inspecting outputs closely (zoom, replay) to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering, or audio-video misalignment.
• Rating each output across dimensions (adherence, quality, realism) and writing a precise English explanation.
