Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will hold live conversations with an AI voice model, score exchanges, compare generated images and videos to judge which follows prompts better, and explain in writing what looked or sounded off, all remotely on your schedule.

As a contractor, you’ll help shape how advanced AI systems reason and learn, with flexible hours, weekly payments, and free access to leading LLMs.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and listening closely.
• Able to think on your feet and handle realistic scenarios.
• Bachelor's degree or higher is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models.
• Ranking how natural and useful each interaction sounded.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging adherence to prompts.
• Writing a concise explanation of what was seen or heard.
