Job summary

Outlier offers a fully remote, flexible-hours opportunity to review AI-generated media. You will conduct live conversations with AI voice models, compare visuals, and explain what’s off in written form, helping shape how AI systems reason and improve.

You can work from home or while traveling, with pay rates varying by expertise and project requirements. Weekly payments are available through ACH, PayPal and AirTM.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to listen closely and replay when needed.
• Experience writing concise, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Willingness to work remotely with flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models, then ranking how natural, useful, and clear each one sounded.
• Comparing pairs of AI-generated images and videos and judging which follows the prompt better.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering or unnatural motion, text errors, and audio that doesnt match the video.
• Rating outputs across dimensions like adherence, quality, and realism and writing explanations in English that detail what you saw or heard.
