Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will roleplay live conversations with an AI voice model, score outputs, and explain what looked or sounded off, remotely and on your own schedule.

Responsibilities include comparing AI-generated images and videos to prompts, rating adherence and quality, and writing specific, evidence-based explanations in English.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with strong, clear written communication.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in when needed.
• Nice to have: pursuing or holding a Bachelor's degree or above.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet and explaining decisions clearly.
• Experience writing concise, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Capable of making clear decisions when both options have flaws.

Responsabilités

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations with AI voice models and ranking naturalness.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos to judge adherence to prompts.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot AI artifacts, flicker, or audio-video misalignment.
• Writing detailed explanations in English pointing to observed issues.
