Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media and participate in live conversations with AI voice models. You will score exchanges, compare image and video pairs, and explain what’s off, all remotely and on your own schedule.

Contributors review outputs for adherence, quality, and realism, providing written explanations. The role helps improve how AI systems reason and perform in real-world tasks.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in to spot issues.

Responsibilities

• Holding live conversations with AI voice models in English and ranking how natural, useful, and clear each one sounded.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos to judge which follows the prompt better.
• Inspecting outputs closely (including zooming and replay) to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering or unnatural motion, text errors, and audio-video mismatch.
• Writing a concise, evidence-based explanation of issues in English for each task.
