Job summary

Outlier is hiring detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media on a remote, flexible schedule. You’ll roleplay live conversations with an AI voice model, compare image and video outputs, and explain what looked or sounded off in writing.

Responsibilities include ranking how well outputs follow prompts, auditing for artifacts or misalignment, and providing concise explanations. This remote work supports global participants and pays per hour.

Qualifications

• Fluent English and clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail with ability to replay or zoom in to spot issues.
• Nice to have: pursuing or holding a Bachelor's degree or above.

Responsibilities

• Hold live, scenario-based conversations with AI voice models and rank naturalness and clarity.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos to assess adherence to prompts.
• Inspect outputs closely to spot distortions, flicker, or misalignment and explain findings in writing.
• Rate outputs across dimensions and provide a concise English explanation of observed issues.
