Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will hold live conversations with AI voice models, compare images and videos, and explain what went wrong in writing, remotely and on your own schedule.

Work from home with flexible hours and pay up to $15 per hour on a 1099 contract. You’ll help shape how advanced AI systems reason and improve by providing precise evaluations and clear explanations.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with strong written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to focus on specifics.
• Comfortable with natural, everyday conversational speech.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Able to work remotely with flexible hours on a 1099 contractor basis.

Responsibilities

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models.
• Ranking how natural, useful, and clear each output sounds.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos to judge prompt adherence.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot distortions, flickering, or audio-video mismatches.
• Writing explanations in English describing what you saw or heard.
