Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media from the comfort of home. You will hold live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video pairs, and explain what’s off to help improve AI systems in real-world scenarios.

Responsibilities include ranking naturalness, inspecting outputs for issues such as distortions or audio/video misalignment, and writing concise explanations in English that pinpoint what you saw or heard.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in on content.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Ability to think clearly and decide when both options have flaws.
• Currently accepting applicants from multiple countries including United States.

Responsibilities

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models.
• Ranking how natural, useful, and clear each interaction sounds.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging which follows the prompt better.
• Inspecting outputs closely for distortions, flickering, text errors, or audio-video mismatches; explaining findings in writing.
• Rating outputs across dimensions like adherence, quality, and realism; providing written explanations of observations.
