Job summary

Self Money Care seeks an AI Marketing Project Manager to lead AI-enabled marketing initiatives, bridging Marketing owners and AI development teams from concept through pilot, adoption, and measurable business results.

The role emphasizes digital marketing, content management, web, social media, and MarTech projects, with no hands-on AI development. NY-area candidates preferred; role fully remote for project delivery and governance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant project management experience.
• Experience leading cross-functional technology, digital, data, automation, or AI-enabled initiatives.
• Experience supporting digital marketing, content management, web, social media marketing, MarTech, or related Marketing projects.
• Practical understanding of AI concepts and AI-enabled solution delivery.
• Strong Agile project management experience.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects or workstreams.
• Experience working with distributed or international technical teams.
• Strong project planning and dependency management skills.
• Risk and issue management experience.
• Experience partnering with business owners and technical delivery teams.
• Experience working across architecture, engineering, data, testing, security, vendors, and SMEs.
• Experience defining project KPIs and acceptance criteria.
• Experience supporting pilots, testing, implementation, and operational handoffs.
• Strong executive and stakeholder communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and create structure in ambiguous environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI-enabled Marketing and Communications projects from initial concept through implementation.
• Develop and maintain integrated project and portfolio plans.
• Define scope, milestones, dependencies, resources, decision points, and delivery risks.
• Manage multiple concurrent workstreams with competing priorities.
• Coordinate projects through scoping, development, pilot, testing, release, and operational handoff.
• Ensure appropriate project and system documentation is completed.
• Bridge between Marketing business owners and AI development teams.
• Translate marketing priorities into actionable project requirements.
• Establish acceptance criteria and measured outcomes with stakeholders.
• Coordinate business, architecture, engineering, data, testing, security, vendor, and SME teams.
• Support AI governance, privacy, and responsible AI considerations.
• Coordinate pilots, testing, implementation, and handoffs to operations.
