Job summary

Self Money Care, a global professional services firm, seeks an AI Marketing Project Manager to oversee a portfolio of AI-enabled initiatives across Marketing & Communications. You will bridge marketing owners and an Ireland-based AI team, turning priorities into delivery plans from idea to adoption with measurable results.

You will manage governance, privacy, and security considerations, ensure on-track delivery, and lead change management, training, and documentation across multi-time zone

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading cross-functional digital, marketing tech, content, data, automation, or AI-enabled projects.
• Hands-on experience with digital marketing, content management, web, or social media projects.
• Understanding of AI delivery: data quality, privacy, security, and governance.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain integrated project and portfolio plans with scope, milestones, dependencies, resourcing, risks.
• Coordinate business, architecture, engineering, data, testing, security, vendor and delivery teams across the full life cycle.
• Define business problems, requirements, KPIs, and sign-off with marketing owners.
• Manage data readiness, platform integration, workflow simplification and expert availability.
• Incorporate responsible AI into workflows with human-in-the-loop and governance requirements.
• Oversee pilots, proofs of concept, testing, release readiness and handoff with documentation.
• Lead adoption, change management, training, and feedback loops.
• Run status meetings, report progress, and document decisions to sponsors.

A global professional services firm is looking for an AI Marketing Project Manager to lead a portfolio of AI-enabled initiatives across its Marketing & Communications function. You will be the bridge between marketing business owners and an AI development team based primarily in Ireland, turning business priorities into clear delivery plans and moving each initiative from idea through build, pilot, adoption, and measurable results.

This is not an engineering role. We need someone with a strong background in digital marketing, content, web, or social media projects who understands AI well enough to spot good use cases, challenge assumptions, manage governance, privacy, and security considerations, and keep delivery on track. The technical build is handled by the engineering team.

What You Will Do

• Build and maintain integrated project and portfolio plans covering scope, milestones, dependencies, resourcing, decision points, and risks
• Coordinate business, architecture, engineering, data, testing, security, vendor, and distributed delivery teams across the full project life cycle
• Work with marketing owners to define the business problem, requirements, acceptance criteria, KPIs, and sign-off
• Manage key dependencies such as data readiness, platform integration, workflow simplification, and subject matter expert availability
• Build responsible AI into every workflow, including human-in-the-loop checkpoints and brand, legal, compliance, privacy, and security requirements
• Oversee pilots, proofs of concept, testing, release readiness, and handoff to ongoing support, with complete documentation
• Lead adoption and change management through communications, training, champion networks, and feedback loops
• Run status meetings, report progress, and escape risks and decisions to sponsors
• Facilitate gateway reviews and keep decisions, assumptions, and approvals documented and traceable

What You Bring

• 5+ years leading cross-functional digital, marketing technology, content, data, automation, or AI-enabled projects from definition through launch
• Hands-on experience with digital marketing, content management, web, or social media projects
• Practical understanding of AI delivery: data quality, integrations, experimentation, solution validation, privacy, security, and responsible AI governance
• Strong planning, dependency, risk and issue management, facilitation, and executive communication skills
• Experience defining KPIs, acceptance criteria, benefits measures, and adoption plans
• Comfort managing multiple workstreams with distributed teams, and flexibility to work across U.S. and Ireland time zones
• Ability to create structure in ambiguous environments and work independently
• Preferred: PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum, SAFe, or similar certification
