Job summary

The Roar is seeking an experienced AI Project Manager to plan, coordinate, and deliver a portfolio of AI-enabled initiatives across Marketing & Communications. You will translate priorities into executable delivery plans, align marketing owners with AI teams, and drive projects from scoping through adoption and measurable business value.

You will partner across Ireland and the U.S., balancing remote work with occasional onsite collaboration, and ensuring governance, privacy, and security

Qualifications

Significant experience leading complex cross-functional technology or AI initiatives.
Ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams with distributed teams.
Strong planning, dependency, risk, and executive communication skills.
Experience with business owners, delivery teams, data, vendors, and SMEs.
Understanding of AI governance, privacy, and security considerations.

Responsibilities

Develop integrated project plans with scope, milestones, dependencies and risks.
Coordinate cross-functional teams across business, architecture, data and engineering.
Clarify business problems, define requirements, and align with KPIs.
Manage data quality, platform integration and governance requirements.
Lead adoption and change management, including training and feedback.
Monitor progress and report status to sponsors and stakeholders.
