Xenon7 is seeking an experienced Agentforce AI Maestro to join its European advisory roster. This fractional role combines Salesforce architecture with advanced LLM engineering to lead technical discovery, design agentic workflows, and oversee deployments for enterprise clients across Europe.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years of Salesforce engineering, proven Agentforce work, and deep knowledge of data integration and security.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on Salesforce engineering and architecture experience.
• At least 2 meaningful production or advanced pre-production Agentforce implementations.
• Based in Europe with strong alignment with European enterprise hours.
• Deep proficiency in Salesforce Agentforce (Studio/DX), Apex, Flow, Data Cloud, REST APIs, Git, and CI/CD.
• Clear understanding of LLM architectures, context window management, function calling, and evaluation frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Translate complex enterprise business processes into end-to-end agentic workflows (Intent → Agent → Context → Reasoning → Actions → Systems → Outcome).
• Design, configure, and build enterprise agents using Agent Builder, Agentforce Studio, Agent Script / DX, subagent routing, and instructions.
• Build robust back-end support using Salesforce Flow, Apex, SOQL, APIs, Named Credentials, and OAuth.
• Implement tool/function calling, structured outputs, multi-step agent workflows, and prompt/context engineering.
• Evaluate trade-offs between LLM reasoning and deterministic logic to minimize latency and costs.
