Job summary

CSAA Insurance Group seeks an AI Lead Manager to drive semantic data products, connecting data and business concepts across the enterprise. You will own vision, strategy, and roadmap, partnering with IT and business leaders to enable AI-driven experiences.

You will lead ontologies, data models, and governance, and mentor product managers while ensuring measurable business outcomes and scalable data foundations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/Engineering/Business/Data Science or related field.
• 10+ years in product management delivering data or data platform products.
• 3+ years leading teams or enterprise programs.
• Own products end-to-end with strategy, roadmap, delivery and metrics.
• Experience with ontologies, semantic data models, or knowledge graphs.
• Hands-on with enterprise data systems, data platforms, or data integration.
• Translate business concepts into structured data models with tech partners.
• Strong understanding of data ecosystems and governance across domains.
• Experience enabling AI/ML or analytics through connected data.
• Experience mentoring product managers or cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for enterprise semantic data and data connectivity.
• Partner with business and IT to connect and standardize data across systems.
• Position the semantic data product as a product with customers and outcomes.
• Define value proposition aligned to priorities and measurable outcomes.
• Own end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery to delivery.
• Define requirements, success metrics, and release plans.
• Ensure data is discoverable, understandable, and usable.
