Job summary

Stars Behavioral Health Group is seeking an AI Governance & Adoption Specialist to support safe, compliant AI use across our organization. Reporting to the Senior Director of Enterprise Informatics and AI, you coordinate intake, governance docs, risk follow-ups, and training.

This role requires 3+ years in AI governance or related fields, PMBOK proficiency, and collaboration with Clinical, IT, QA, Compliance, and Analytics; travel to satellite sites is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in business, information systems, healthcare administration, public health, or related field.
• 3+ years in AI governance, risk, privacy, or related governance function.
• PMBOK-based project leadership, planning and delivery experience.
• Experience developing staff training and guidance materials.
• Healthcare or regulated environments background is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate AI intake, inventory tracking, and governance documentation.
• Lead risk follow-ups, vendor records, and regulatory data tasks.
• Plan projects, train staff, and monitor AI workflows and dashboards.
• Collaborate with Clinical, IT, QA, Compliance, Finance and Analytics; travel to sites.
