A growing technology firm is seeking an Engineering Program Manager to support Agile delivery models while transitioning to an AI-first development process. The role focuses on enhancing delivery integrity, coordinating efforts across teams, and ensuring a disciplined release practice. Ideal candidates have over five years of relevant experience in SaaS environments and a strength in communication and systems thinking. This remote role is open to candidates across the United States, preferably in the Eastern Time Zone.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in engineering program management, technical program management, or delivery leadership.
• Strong experience operating within Agile frameworks and coordinating multi-team initiatives.
• Experience in continuous delivery or feature-flag-driven environments is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support and optimize the current Agile delivery model, including sprint health and dependency tracking.
• Establish production readiness standards and ensure disciplined release practices across environments.
• Partner with Engineering Managers to improve SDLC maturity and delivery predictability.
